I'd say it's pretty reasonable to assume that the Foundation recognizes the risk already. Perhaps it may seem unwise to allow 507 to do this, but there are plenty of circumstances in which the Foundation has made things much worse by attempting to obstruct or outright neutralize SCPs. See the GOC for proof lol
