Lots of lower scp articles aren't very good. 173 doesn't hold up as an article to modern standards - Dr Bob specifically goes for scps that arent well known, so that inevitably leads to some bad eggs.

I had the same mindset at one point but I decided to actually try and took time to find the right person and at the end I got help and found an amazing therapist.
