Another Idea just got in my mind about how to Kill 682. The Foundation should use SCP-158 to extract his soul. Then lock the glass container should be locked away. Or they transfer it into a passive animal. Well 682 would not be technecly dead but wont react to anything and mb even the self regenerating effekt would dissapear.
