SCP-1678 - UnLondon (SCP Animation)

SCP-1678 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as UnLondon.
SCP-1678 is a full-scale mirror-image reconstruction of the British city of London, located exactly one kilometer underneath the original city of London. The city has been constructed to resemble the city as it was in the Victorian era. The key threat posed by SCP 1678 is by entities referred to in some SCP1678 audio recordings as Bobbies. They are dressed in a uniform similar to Victorian-era police and are extremely hostile towards Foundation personnel, attacking them on sight with improvised weapons.

A popular theory is that the event, which UnLondon is preparing for, is actually When Day Breaks. Because those Bobbies are amputated new limbs, so that the organic limbs don't melt in the sunlight, bandages around their head, so that the head isn't exposed to sunlight. Those pigeons are mechanical, so that they also don't melt away. UnLondon is located 1 km under London- far away from sunlight. EDIT: Me looking at the videos thumbnail: "Oh cool, it's a bobby and in the backround there is picture of 173 and...wait...why do I hear screaming?"

I feel like this SCP gives more to the lore than mostly anything. Someone knew about the SCP Foundation, and clearly knew what hid inside it. They knew what the SCP's were capable of. But the most interesting; They knew about some SCP'S before the Foundation did. Such as the hard to kill reptile. They also felt the need to build an entire city to protect humanity if any of the SCP'S were to escape. This SCP also raises many questions. How did they know of the existence of the Foundation or SCP'S?

Wouldn`t this SCP be perfect for SCP-001 "When days breaks" ? The Boobies would fight the "golemlike" creatures and because they dont have a mind they couldn`t be brainwashed by it. The city itself would be a perfect shelter, if you bring food with you. You are far away from sunlight and have a few guarddogs.
