Sounds like profit made was $250 not $450. Gross revenue was $450 but net profit (what you made) was $250. That's still good just wanted to clarify that because maybe my math is wrong.

Most cars that are being scrapped don’t have any paperwork therefore they can’t do anything else with them, most people that have the title for their car would get more just bringing it to pull a part .. so it can get complicated without proper legal forms for seller to fill out
