Scrap Mechanic Survival #5 - Micro-Farming - AVOIDING RAIDS!

Welcome to episode five of my Scrap Mechanic Survival series, in which I take a look at farming, in particular micro farming, an undetectable way to farm, without raids... NO RAIDS WHATSOEVER!

The pump that sucks up crops, instead of putting another chest there, put pipes leading to the other chest. It will make it more automatic and save you resources so you don't have to craft the chest. This design I could not afk because it would run out of seeds, doing this will make you able to afk as long as you want until your chest gets full. If you want you could also connect the chest that is connected to the pump that sucks up crops with a pipe for extra storage.

Don't the tier 2 and tier 3 crops need watering again because it takes longer to grow?

Yeah they do under normal circumstances you would re-water, but they do grow eventually this way.... At least the oranges and bananas do, I haven't tried anything higher yet!

You can make it where there is a crop all around it still won’t detect a raid I can get 9 before a raid 10 does have a raid

nice ride :) i really think you should upgrade that garden. i just finished an experiment and result is auto farm that also work as metal and circuitboard farm. it plant water and harvest by itself and add to that it plant its own ammo and auto reload by sucking directly into ammo crates. if using tier 2 metal around it them bots just stop at edge. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2128984961
