Don't be so hard on yourself mate, the car looks just as good as it rolled out of the Göteborg factory one sunny afternoon in 1966, wow! Since you already washed it, the rest is minor adjustments. Fantastic buy and save, will love to follow and see what your magic stick can achieve here. Your dedication and passion can never be unstable, just running amok and off the chart, and that's a good thingie. Your unstableness, our gain👍

Put a B230FK engine and a M47 gearbox from volvo 740, a rear axel from a volvo 240 in it, then go as high as you dear with the boost, it gonna be a killer

@@DeanofMachines Just do it, theres one proiblem, if you put the engine stright 0 degrees, and you do need to to, to get space fpr the turbo, the gearbox gonna tilt but i think theres an adapterr for that, I gonna do this in winter and i have not realy been looking for one. TInstead of an adapter youy can use a bellhouse from some early 240, its rare i thinjk it was 1975-76. About the 240 rear axel, theres 2 different ones, the ome you should look for is the 1031, it cant take a hell lot of beating. and theres another thing, the 240 rear axel is a Dana 30 axel with means you can go to the juinkyard and take the differential fom a jeep and the axlel is just a lttle over an inche (30 mm) wider than the amazon, the bad thing is the bolt pattern is differnt Anyway, god luck
@DeanofMachines Жыл бұрын
@@TheJonasbz You are absolutely right! I would slant mount the motor and keep the turbo small. Adjustments can be made to make it fit in this orientation. When the time is right for this car, it'll be on the channel again!

@@DeanofMachines Im happy to hear. If im not btold yopu before I also suggest that you put an eletric power steering from a smal car in it, as I unbderstand its creates a miracle. Opel Corsa if its avalible in the US or Toyota Prius should work just fine
