PASSED INSPECTION !!!! I'm going to say this for all the people who watch this channel that are on the fence about buying salvage cars from the auction. I been wanting to do this for over a decade. Never quite had the stones to really do it. When I saw these guys taking apart and putting Vettes together it looked so simple. It gave me the confidence to go for it. I purchased an auction C6 that needed fenders and a bumper. The car got delivered 2 weeks later. The title came a week after that. Fixed the car in 2 weeks. Got it inspected 2 weeks after that and now the car is legal. It only took that long because it was my first time. I know now to schedule the salvage inspection way in advance since that's what takes the most time to schedule. Moral of the story. If you are the fence, just do it and you will thank yourself later. It's still unreal to me. I never thought I'd ever ride in cars like this. Thanks to LeeCParts for the parts. Thanks to Scraplife garage for the content that helped me rebuild the vette. Just do it guys. !!!

The LS2 block is more durable then the ls3 because of the thicker cylinder walls. Can handle boost better. The heads are great, but for smaller engines, you can bolt on the ls3 heads and intake, also you can do a 402 stroker, bore it .005" and you have a 408.

Your videos inspired me to jump “in” the business, got a $850 2015 ford focus clean title and all it needed was a battery and a deep clean. At the end of the day I flipped it for $4600🤝🏼

The engine didn't complete three revolutions once the ECU harness was destroyed. So it probably didn't suffer from an oil starvation problem due to the destroyed oil tank. It probably fragmented at the same moment as the ECU and harness were wiped out.

Those seats...just a shame about that car overall. And while I share the sentiment of the guy that couldnt watch (some of them, I couldnt myself, not without crying inside), I get it. Could be worse, seeing some classic cars get wrecked bad and totaled out. Or the absolute worst, a Demon that gets totalled, and then never gets repaired and rots away...hehe. PS I know youre working on the video (hopefully) and it takes time, so eager to see that one

Man I built my credit up for two years, taking rides to work from my very good friends, I spent 3 months looking for a truck, and I fucked up bad. Bought a ram 1500 with the 5.7. I watched it for a week. Drove it twice. My dad drove a 99 2500, he passed 2 years ago, it made me remember him and that truck. The day after I bought it, I started it up in the morning to drive to work and.... TICK TICK TICK TICK TICK. Quietens after 30 seconds, when its warm and it starts you cant hear it at all. I drove to work that week and realized the horrid mistake I just made. That was 3 months ago and I'm too ashamed of my stupid self to even tell any of my friends. I'm so broke if you knew me you wouldn't want to know me. I dont know what the fuck to do, I'm just venting.
