Trailmakers is about building very awesome vehicles and machines, but you don’t need an engineering degree to get started. The intuitive builder will get you going in no time. Everything you build is made from physical building blocks. Each block has unique features like shape, weight and functionality. They can be broken off, refitted and used to build something new. Individually the blocks are fairly simple, but combined the possibilities are endless.
Expedition Mode is the challenging campaign mode of Trailmakers. You are competing in an off-world rally expedition with only a few building blocks to get you started. You must build, tinker with and rebuild your machine to progress. Journey through a big world, overcome deep gorges, angry wildlife and dangerous weather to progress and find new parts that will juice up your machine. The world in Expedition Mode will test your survival skills and ingenuity.
Sandbox Mode is where you want to head for an unrestricted, sandbox, vehicle-building experience. Here you can build anything you can dream of, and play around with it in the world of Trailmakers. It is a great place to test out crazy machines, and experiment with the physics engine. With tons of different blocks, hinges, thrusters and interactive vehicle parts - the skybox is the limit.
Trailmakers is even more fun if you play it with other people. Build cool vehicles and compete in mini-game modes with your friends or other Trailmakers online. Build a helicopter, send it to your friend, and shoot them out of the sky. Put two seats on a tank, and let your friend control the turret. As we get further in Early Access development Expedition Mode will also be adapted to multiplayer.

You should do comparing tanks next, also the term for "air to ground" missiles is ATGMs. Facts about the KA-50: the Ka-50 is intresting as it is one of the few atack helicopters with Tandem seating (side by side seating) it also dosent have a turret but rather a gun mounted on the left side with limited aiming and their even is a single seat version and uses the same gun computer targeting system as the tandem seat alowing the gun to be used with out a gunner. it has the highest hover hight using ground effect and is extremly manuverable.

By subtracting where it is from where it isn't, or where it isn't from where it is - whichever is greater - it obtains a difference or deviation. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position that it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the position where it is is now the position that it wasn't, and if follows that the position that it was is now the position that it isn't. In the event that the position that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation. The variation being the difference between where the missile is and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was. The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows: Because a variation has modified some of the information that the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it know where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice versa. And by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.

Wrong, an ATGM is used for anti tank work. The correct term would be AGM, Anti Ground Missile.

Surface to ground missiles is not the right term after all it’s the same thing. As you know it’s air to surface missiles it’s an easy mistake to make when having fun alls well that ends well just keeping making something no matter what it is your loyal views will watch no matter how many you have

And that's not true, the exhaust barely outputs thrust, almost all thrust is from the main rotor wich is often slightly tilted forward.

Scrapman lots of ideas 1. Build your own attack helicopter 2. With these automatic stabilizing choppers fight kan and the boys either air to air or air to ground or air to sea. 3. Evolution battle off with the gang 4. Build off and battle tank vs choppers or destroyer class ships vs choppers

the torque you were experiencing was due to asymmetrical lift. As air speed increases the rotor will make less lift on the side that is receding and more lift on the side that is advancing. this is the main speed limiting factor on a single rotor helicopter.

7:58 I think the torque your experiencing is accually the heli doesnt incoparate blade flaping so at speed it tends to go to one side as the leading edge of the blade on one side are getting more lift.

with the coast guard heli, you never activated the tail rotor, the tail rotor is only need on single propeller helis to act against the torque.

The MI-24 Hind is a classic Russian heli, the first flight was in 1969 (Nice) it was introduced in 1974 and was used in the Soviet Air Force, It's still being used to this day.

Interesting to know: does conservation of momentum is a thing in this game? Usually the copter have to push down at side if he want to go forward. There is something like a 90 degrees "lag" in trust due to conservation of momentum. Does this exist in the game?
