You inspire me. I am having horrible muscle spasms in my hands and numbness in my fingers all do to post-polio, but I accept my messiness and keep trying, because I get so much pleasure out of it. Thank you for theses wonderful block lessons. I am saving all of them for myself to try.

I really like this one. I think if you had a fish print in the middle it would look like a fish bowl. I am going to try that for a baby boy. I recently made the potato chip block and it was really fast and fun.

What is the reason/advantage to not picking up your needle when you finish a seam? Like how you feed a scrap piece through to get your piece out.
@CutandCreate9 ай бұрын
A few different things… I don’t have long threads, I don’t waste too much thread and my fabric is less likely to bunch at the start of sewing a piece!

Hi, your machine doesn't seem to be too old. Don't you have a quarter-inch-foot available? Sewing 1/4-inch seams with it is sooo much easier. Have a nice weekend!

That is a great scrappy block! I love it. Is there a pattern somewhere? I can’t seem to watch, cut, and sew this without a pattern. I get lost and frustrated.
