When I have days like this, I set a timer. Knit until timer goes off, go complete a chore. Rinse and repeat.

I was just tuning in as I was finishing my "scrappy" 2020 patchwork calendar blanket! It is crochet and I usually try to do a Calendar blanket but never finish them on time! I couldn't start this years until I finished 2020, and I didn't have time or money to buy that much yarn so I took advantage of the project to use my scraps! I especially loved the way I used the border to use up the ends of my scraps as well!! I literally just finished it and it is gorgeous! I didn't even love it until I finished the final touches...Happy scrappy!

I’m working on a Habitation Throw. It started with my Advent Swap minis and now am adding my own minis. I’m also making it into a rectangle blanket shape instead of a square. ❤️ One of these days I’ll go back to my other three scrap blankets. I have a Cozy Memories, a Granny Stripe and a Corner To Corner. The Granny Stripe is probably close to being long enough. Haven’t measured it in a while.

I agree...especially how you said you did the edge so it is easy to pick up the stitches. Maybe slowed down in that area so we can see it clearly and try as you go along. Love the blanket

I've been working on a CAL stitch sampler by Hooked on Homemade Happiness for my scrappy Sunday project, but I would like to get back to working on my C2C blanket its just so big its hard to get motivation to break it out, but I think last time I worked on it I started decreasing the second side so I should just prioritize it and just get it done!

I’m making a project bag/tote using granny squares of various sizes that were gifted to me. I pieced them into rectangles for the front and back and bottom and sides of the bag. I embellished the squares with various appliqués I had made to try out different patterns. I’m loving it.

I've been knitting my advent calendar yarn held double with some bare stellina into a simple garter stitch blanket, about 210 stitches, planning to do an icord edging when I'm finished. It's flying off the needles because it's so addicting. The Starflanket looks like so much fun! I think this is going to be the year of blankets for me, that's all I seem to want to knit lately, about to order some yarn from KnitPicks for the Optic Blanket by Purl Soho.
