A lot of cool cars & trucks go across the scrap scales every day in the USA, and most places just crush it as if its regular iron and steel, and never question it. Clayton Auto Salvage in Greenfield IA holds onto most of the old stuff that comes through the yard and saves it from being crushed. Jeff the owner has a pretty cool collection of old cars trucks and heavy equipment that has been saved from the crusher and is now waiting for a new owner to take them home for parts or restoration. I even bought a car from the scrapyard, can you guess what I bought??
