So heres a recap on what happened at the end of house. Spoilers! Obviously So basically once you get all other endings you can slingshot or shoot the grandfather clock, stopping time and causing the house to change. After killing some monsters, a chain in a hole in the ground rises, revealing a heart. After shooting it, the ground crumbles and you fall into a void. You then see a puppet master guy who grabs your arm, and you are forced to tear it off to escape and kill him. At the end of the dlc, its revealed that the neighbor with the long neck has adopted you and your sister, so thats where the other house is.

7:13 spoilers for the ending of house 1 So basically this is the same girl, in the last game you broke free from the puppeteer that was controlling the house and your family. He was grabbing your arm, and you pulled back so hard that it ripped your arm off, but it gave you a chance to slice him in half with your axe, saving yourself and breaking the infinite loop at the cost of an arm.
