Buckin, have you even HEARD/SEEN anything from Harvey (Ironhorse) lately? I haven’t and I’m subscribed to his channel, but that doesn’t mean anything either. Let “US” know, because we ALL like/love his work and him. I don’t want to see anything bad happen to him. After all, he tells FANTASTIC stories that I see as how they could be extremely true and I reminisce about that type of stuff.

Well ... the 371 Ironhorse saw , she ain’t laboring thru the cut that’s for sure ! 😜 ... But ...... me 064, “the Humbler” will open a huge can of whoop-ass on that 371 Husqvarner... not really fair though (70cc vs 85cc) , then again who sez life is fair ?

Can’t even think about starting it without the decomp being pressed in… she just laughs at me trying to pull her through!!! Same exact build here per harvey instruction...breaking it in, even still, well not still because I've got 550cord for starter rope buy yes I'm with ya, 52mm popup, ribbed intake and a few degrees sooner..I'm now working towards more rpm and LESS compression, raisin the roof slowly of exhaust till I hit that fine balance

Still have my 1997 371 Xp and still gooooood with 28'' bar, full chisel, (no skip) and square file. Behind the saw, there is no wood dust, only wood chips ;-)

MR. slice and dice yes sir , big chain saw arms like me . Nothing like running a big screaming saw. Also been chopping my own wood by hand for more than 20 years now , the only thing we use to heat our house , never could find that perfect axe. As a professional hanging out with other professionals it always can down to 2 main brands husqvarna & stihl Although each had bad & good models .
