@@PleaseDoNotDoThis honestly I’ve forgotten most of it, but there’s a looooong stretch of stealth killing enemies in a mining colony buried beneath the prison. Then you find out that the mining colony found an alien thing fish thing that is causing the infection. Then you fight the meathead bodyguard infected with the alien parasite thing (which I think they call a virus and if you’ve taken any biological courses you’ll know how stupid that is). Meathead guy infects the lady from the boys, then you have to go to the doctor lady for a cure, then she tells you that the cure is to kill the meathead guy because he’s a special infect (I think they call him the alpha) and his blood or something can stop her infection. So you go to the office of the guy who runs the prison where it’s revealed that this has all been planned by space billionaires in cringe masks who have the corniest dialogue. You beat the guy then save the lady from the boys, then the prison is going to explode so out of guilt for bringing a shipment of parasites to another planet, the main character pushes her in the only escape pod. She has some monologue about stopping evil space billionaires and then it cuts back to the main character guy who got a message from the doctor lady about a way they can escape. The game then ends on a jump scare cliffhanger. I didn’t pay for the game, I just watched a no commentary play through and honestly I’m so glad I didn’t put any money into it. The graphics/visuals were outstanding, but it just wasn’t a good game. The entire story could fit on 2 pages. The dialogue is very cliche and corny. The game would be like 30 minutes if it wasn’t for the melee combat, and while I think it was an interesting concept and I hope they stick with it, it gets really really repetitive after a bit. The story seemed very rushed and it was just a bummer:/ Hopefully the dead space remake sparks enough hype for a dead space 4

Very true. I just picked up Wolfenstein: The Old Blood the other day, and even playing on a 3060 with a Ryzen 5 3600, I was getting frame drops to 30FPS, and all over the place, on top of the textures streaming in and looking like ass. I spent a good 2 hours trying to tweak and fix it, and finally did, just to find out the game's absolutely fantastic and fun. Had I just dropped it the second I saw it ran like ass out of the box, I'd have missed out on a really good game.

38:57 From this feeling Mark expresses, makes me remember the puzzles in *Shadow of the Tomb Raider* (quite a few other games as well I guess… but anyways…). None of the puzzles were difficult. The difficulty for proceeding in the game was usually something that was not the puzzle itself. Example a mud covered wall where there suddenly is one spot you can interact with even though you’ve tried that spot a few times already.

I find it interesting that the devs decided the stability upgrade for the "hand cannon" should be an unused foregrip instead of a pistol brace, which would add a lot more stability than the foregrip would
