In case someone is confused how we went from "0 clue" to "super experienced" in the no movement challenge kzbin.info/www/bejne/bnXLimuAjd9-lbs and back to "0 clue": most of the uploads were recordings so far, while the no movement challenge was a stream that happened after ALL so far recorded uploads, which includes this and the next video. However, because playing a character for the first time means you have 0 unlocks, I stopped doing that. The last 2 chars will be played after all is unlocked.

Have you realized that there are different types of damage and some stats don't work on them? For example, the cleric deals magical damage and not physical, and she has her crit damage locked at 0%. Meaning crit does nothing for her main weapon. It would really help you if you read the abilities that you take fully, since it says what type of damage it is and lock at stats more since you tend to not look and prioritize low value stats due to it.

For the record, I think very few people were angry that the Doctor was female. However, when the Doctor became female, the show became much, much worse, because of poor writing and possibly poor acting.

I love the cleric, it was the first character that got me to a boss (i didn't kill the boss, but hey, surviving 30 minutes in this game is pretty hard in the beginning)

The gloves Dex mentioned state that they cause fire sparks to jump off burning enemies when they're hit with "physical" attacks, not with "basic" attacks.

My interpretation of the gloves and physical is that it's an exclusive type that doesn't include fire or lightning, just pure physical damage like the first 2 characters main attack and abilities that specify physical. This guys main attack is magic type (you were getting those achievements on him)

Eyy another Doctor Who fan! But yeah, as others have mentioned, I tried giving the newer seasons a chance but I miss the wacky crazy space adventures. Everything seems to be much less fantastical now. David Tennant and Matt Smith are my faves, Capaldi was okay, much points for being Scottish, but then Jodie eh, and I will definitely give Gatwa a try as I loved him in Sex Education but I feel like the writing is not going into the direction I'd personally want it to go. Sad but that's life.

@3:35 It was amusing seeing Past Dex confused for so long and having skipped the Fire Ring, because the Fire and Thunder Rings are amazing with this weapon's coverage. Which I'm certain you've since done because the Cleric has a Burn achievement. Honestly it's impressive no character in this game disappoints really.

Cleric scales super well with abilities. Absolutely my favorite character so far.

Cleric is super OP. I had her with the same armor, crown, rings, necklace for plus 50% xp, BUT what really helped later waves after the second boss with the gear chest, I swapped the jade necklace(xp necklace) mid run for the collar of confidence. Which add plus 5% damage for every hostile in your pickup range, max at 50%! I was doing stupid amounts of damage and melting everything. Coupled with her GODLY hp regen upgrades that are already op, you can reach max stupidity with level 4 dedication that gives you a flat plus 50% PERCENT hp regen!!! Also I'm not sure if Dex figured it out because I'm only at minute 9 of the video, the enemies change color based on if you hit them with the status effect fragile or affliction.

you have to know if the character you are using is any good with crits some have 0% crit chance and 0% crit dmg its not worth getting anything crit related i think Cleric is one of those

IMO, the cleric is best utilised as a spellcaster, where he relies on spells to deal the bulk of his damage instead, since, well, his main attack is pretty garbage on hordes, but they do apply Affliction and Fragile. Pair that with Transfixion, Dragon's Breath, Astronomer's Orbs and/or Lightning Strike and you have quite the insane DOT AOE build that ALSO nukes bosses due to Cleric's high single dmg. The only downside is that crit has less effect on him. That, or you could play him in a masochist build with Radiant Aura, Dragon's Breath and Lightning Strike with the spike boots and other equipment that benefit from taking hits, especially since he has such high regen.

Have you tried double upgrading the ring blades yet? They are crazy strong with the "big" upgrades. Basically turns into heaven sword. It's been one the highest total damage abilities I've used.

Almost every weapon can pop off, but some require their 1.5mil dmg or 3mil dmg upgrades and traits to get there. Except the Golem. The Golem will just chase a random distant foe until it dies, never attacking anything, then do so again... and then the Golem will Roll and hit a few enemies as it rushes as fast as it can to the most empty spot on the screen. The Golem would be amazing if it actually just attacked the nearest enemy whenever it could.

@@jaeusa160 Yeah, most weapons are pretty strong fully upgraded. The ring blades and then transfixation I've found so far to be the highest total damage numbers. And yeah, golem is a bit broken in a bad way right now. Fun concept though.

bruh, I figured out how weapon works in first 10 seconds........ while u are astonished by dmg values fluctuation.... MORE ENEMIES HIT = LESS DMG (dmg is spread across enemies instead of dealing set number of dmg to every unit hit) woah big brain - 3:20 u figured it out and I wrote that before that moment.

Because when you record a video for content online, you don't focus that much on the game itself. You focus on what you talk about, what you want to talk about after, you look around to find things to talk about and you also try your best that a run doesn't end, someone playing on their own doesn't really need all of this because the penalty for dying is just that you have to restart. In videos that doesn't really work, especially while on a schedule.

Dr Who turn to shit at least for me when they decided to milk it (yet again) by rewriting the fundamentals. They have done that in the past plenty of times. Even from the start, they're making it up (the lore) as they go along. Too much 'timey wimey wibbly wobbly...' excuses and I've had enough.

Not too hard on the Viaduct level. You have to stand still to let all the XP potions turn into the bigger orb things as much as you can. Not a ton of extra XP, but it's enough to get just a few levels above 100. Best to go get the extra weapon tickets right away, then sit still and farm XP potions. Oh yeah, need to get dual upgraded ring blades so you attack almost the whole screen and apply slow to everything. I get close to 20k kills doing this. Way more than Dex got on this run.
