Thank you for showing not just what to do at each step but also why you're doing it. My HP-2000 was a bit different but I was able to figure it out thanks to your clear explanations.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I have never done anything like this before, and it worked beautifully. I bought this computer for my 9 year old for Christmas. Within weeks she cracked the screen. It was going to be $150 to fix it, so it just sat. I figured I had nothing to lose, and I tried to fix it, with your video. I was so proud of myself!! Thanks again!!

I don't normally comment on these things but I wanted to say THANK YOU! This video at the part about connecting the cable was extremely helpful. This laptop screen replacement was real tedious about plugging the connector back in.

You guys are awesome ;) received my screen in 2 days n took me 20 min to change it! I am so recommending you to others !!!

This was really simple! Except getting out the hinges was the worst and hardest part! I ended up breaking them on accident attempting to snap them out, everything else was easy and quick! Thank you for this, I saved a bunch of money doing it myself!

If you're talking about the plastic cover pieces, yea, I had trouble with them as well. They're about twice as difficult to put back in, too, since there's a little lip down at that bottom of the spot they slide through that they get caught on. Took a lot of fidgeting with the screwdriver, ended up leaving marks everywhere...luckily the guy I'm doing it for won't care.

Thanks for the step-by-step removal process. It allowed me to determine that the connection/plug on back of the screen was disconnected when the laptop was dropped and allowed me to make sure the connection was correct. Again, Thanks!

I watched the video and then ordered the screen and had a great relationship with the company for the next few days, to the owner and team thank you so much it was great working with people willing to solve any problems as fast and accurately as you did I will tell all I know and some I don't and with five grandkids I will probably need you again and would go nowhere else

thank you for the descriptive video and safe teardown instructions. I would like to let others know that you -do NOT have to remove the hinge covers (at least on my windows 8 model) to get to the screws beneath them, they are visible and you can get to them through a hole in the hinge designed for the screw.

for the Pavilion 2000-2B22DX and possibly all Pavalion 2000's, it is NOT NECESSARY to remove the bottom two hinges, and is not recommended as they can break or not fit back on well.
