Good video THANK YOU What glue do you use to connect MDF? I tried a super sticky activator, it didn't go very well. Joining with screws is due to cracking of the material. I use 19 mm thick MDF

A turbodrive wood screw but pilot hole drilled first because it's the end of the M.D.F., if it was the flat no need to pilot first. The drill bit is Bosch multi purpose.

Painting and Decorating I will have to try those Bosch bits, I have heard they are good :) my way is to drill into MDF with a 7mm wood bit then insert a brown raw plug filling the hole allowing me to screw into this without splitting the MDF.

Was the pilot home a little small? Your drill looked like it was struggling, was it 3V series? The final screw wasn't flush with the surface. All that time watching :( At

Philips bit to drive a pozi screw head ....No

A Phillips Driver will fit into a Pozi screw head but a Pozi driver will not fit into the Phillips screw head, it is not recommended to use a Phillips driver with a Pozi screw as it will eventually round off the recess of the head causing damage to the screw and making it unusable. But for a one of application ok.
