Got mine just before Christmas, it’s just stopped working. Light is coming on but there’s no action. Checked and changed the battery which are charging just fine but it won’t play ball. Calling screwfix now to see what’s happening.

Very similar product to Erbauer, Titan has the same issue (practicallythe the same drill). I bought it last week and call a service. They took a look and told me that problem was some loose cable. Now it's working.

Piotr Hawryluk fair comment to screwfix. I called up the call centre, they organised for me to pick it up from my local store and it was all sorted in half an hour. No quibble, no sycophantic apologies just a neat and tidy handover with a few quick questions and a signature.

If you will remember, let me know what the reason for the failure was. In some cases is the motor.

Piotr Hawryluk Sorry mate I can’t remember what I thought it might be at the time. I didn’t actually know for sure I just swapped it for a new one and it’s worked very well ever since.

Wobbliest chuck ever! Drilled an 18 mm hole with a spade bit in some skirting. Had to use 2 hands to try and keep the thing still!! V disappointed. Emailed screwfix to exchange
