I wanted to replace the drain bolt of the transmission since it was so rusty, but couldn't finde one. I once accidentally ordered the wrong oil sump plug, which was for the Diesel Engine of the Micra K12. Turned out it is the exact same bolt as the transmission drain plug for my 1.2 Petrol Manual Transmission of my K12. Just as a tip, if someone is struggling to find a transmission drain plug.

Certainly on this car a very easy job with good accesss While you are at it, should replace the Reverse/Back-up switch in the housing 32005-00QAE (3 pin)

is there a way I can check the levels? I can't find a dipstick anywhere and the owners manual isn't very helpful as to where it is either. I have a RHD, S trim K12.

I guess this will be about the same for the NISSAN JUKE 1.6 Turbo 6 speed manual trans. Filler hole same place and drain plug also. Now the amount to fill might be different. Must be a bigger Trans. Thanks for the video. 👌👌👌👌👌👌

The new oil was tan colour but the oil out of the level hole was crimson ?

The thread width can be different on certain transmissions so you'll probably need to take it off and measure it

Just enough to fit a catch pan under the transmission and remove the plug. I had to lift it a bit higher to film the process.
