I intend to fit vented disks. Will the stock callipers support that change?

The calipers might but they could be too thick for the caliper brackets . I'm not 100% sure, you'd have to measure them against the non-vented disks

No it's not absolutely necessary on the caliper bracket bolts as long as they're tightened to the correct torque.
