That was a very good video on how to change brake pads couple of little things under the stainless steel shims really should give them a good clean can get quite rusted on the brake pads I wouldn’t use copper slip I would use a brake pad Greece It doesn’t dry out and on some vehicles can cause galvanic reaction seizing and sticky pads

Shouldn't you line up both screws before you torque them to spec? Also how much torque for this car?

The torque setting for the bolts is 30 Nm (22 foot pounds)

Where did you jack it up? All I see is suggestions of the crappy scissor jack that came with the car that goes into the sill, which is awful.

No. You can change pads 2-3 times before the disc needs replacing. Just check the thickness and ensure the disc is in good condition. Rear brakes do so little work they can last the life of the car, especially drum brakes.
