part 1 and part 2...efforts are mostly same (only in part 2 you don't have to animate the copy of left building again i.e; by using schematic) .......and then 2nd step is to creating a loop, for this, in part 1 you choose edit cell no. option with sub xsheet and in part 2 you choose the same but with cycle option to repeat.....as conclusion, both methods needs the same or similar efforts..... am i right? (asking) regards(with respect)!

Yes. They both require probably around the same effort, but you might prefer one way over the other in different circumstances. It's good to know the different options, then you can choose the best one for you.
