In Agile, we start with creating a product backlog. According to that backlog we work on the highest priority task first. We do this work in small timeboxed iterations, generally of one week to one month duration. During iteration, self organizing, cross functional teams do the required tasks (designing, testing, quality analysis) to produce the desired features. After completion of each iteration, team reviews the completed features with stakeholders, and according to their feedback team plan the next work and alteration, if any is there.
The product should be incremented after each iteration, which can be released if appropriate.
As one iteration ends, we start a new cycle planning for the next iteration.

SCRUM in Action (and PASSION for SCRUM in Action). I have been to his class and would strongly recommend him. It is hard to find a trainer like Saket who has all the answers around Agile software development. Thanks and keep it up, Saket.

In case of unplanned/sick leave in the middle of sprint - as a scrum master he/she shoujd keep things transparent to stakeholder on this loss n tell that this item won’t be delivering that item in the sprint ? What if the team always plans 85% capacity ? Does the team still say we cannot take up that work ? Or how a SM can inform stakeholders? Respectfully- keeping all the uncertainties in mind ..

What's the future-scope of a Scrum Master? As I feel SM is one who spends a whole day in meetings only-so how his individual-performance is evaluated, and what are open areas for him to grow professionally? what's learning he can add to secure a successful future-ready career.??

In my view it's a leadership role and the path of leadership growth are based on how one develops their teams, I feel the case was similar to project managers also. I see some Scrum Master get into Agile Coaching over time and some get into multi team leadership (Program Management) . Over a period of time some Scrum Master also get into Product Management.

Servant Leader . Can you give an example of how do SM help to achieve the sprint? SM may not have technical knowledge. How he/she can help in this scenario and removing impediments? what kind of impediments?example in migration technical project?

Trainers usually refine their style of delivery based on what they believe works best for their audience. This trainer has hundreds of videos, strong subscriber base and good number of views -- so I suppose, something is working for him. Also, some amount of showmanship and theatrics, putting extra-energy into an otherwise mundane subject, can really work wonders... especially so, since it is "just Scrum". Won't you agree ?
