You can learn the calculation here, and build the excel, if you want to learn excel, may be there are some other channels who does that. We don't do excel training sorry for that.

I mean these metrics look good and all but how do I get buyin from fellow IT Managers to do this for their projects. This is my challenge! I can run my projects in a scrum fashion but I have colleagues who think all of this is just paperwork. How do you overcome that!?!

Metrics is the last thing we should go for showing others, you can use them for your own observation. If the values are low do a RCA, fix that area. your metrics data will improve eventually. after that show case the improving trends to other.

Formulas which are the crucial thing are hidden. Only graphs are explained. Not worth.

Disha, The calculations are explained in details. Formula is in excel. the intent is not to train on excel, rather focus on the metrics. you can have your own formula based on the tool you are using. if we have the formula visible chances are people may not focus on understanding the calculations.
