How to Facilitate the Sprint Retrospective

What would you suggest doing if the team does not act on the agreed improvements from the last sprints?

If this is the case the team should likely revisit this in their Retrospective and discuss why they weren't acted on, and from that discussion perhaps more improvements will need to be made/addressed, they may decide to continue working toward the same improvements, or uncover a reason why the proposed improvements did not make sense for them.

what happens if the team members cant think of one thing to improve ?

@@glaudiacalifano4528 umm I mean more in the solution side of thinks. I can help the team ask this questions but come up with solutions is where I see that the usual its " i dont know"

@@Hescar1 "I don't know" is super common - it's tough for people to remember what they had for breakfast, let alone asking them vague questions about what happened during a sprint. I suggest using a tool like minware to run data-driven sprint retros -- you will likely run into the opposite problem, conversations will go long!

Your narrative does not make sense .. Words matter and they have meaning . Perfection game was designed and is intended to reflect on what could make something perfect the next time ( in this instance what would make the sprint perfect and receives a 10 over 10 the next time ? If the message intended is not to focus on perfection but rather an actionable improvement (15% solution for instance ) which is totally legitimate than please don’t call it perfection game .
