To "neck" in UK slang just means to drink. You would neck a beer, or neck a shot. Now Jacksons is a bit more confusing to me as a "Jackson Five" is a £5 note, usually just shortened to "a jack" as in "lend me a jack, bruv" but what I think he means is Jack Daniels as that would make the most sense with the use of neck. So I think "neck five of the Jacksons" is "drink five shots of Jack Daniels" but it's likely a double I'm not quite getting (I'm Scottish & these lads are using straight London slang).
