great video! Divemaster from vancouver island here. Glad you enjoyed your dive! On the island 7751 west coast road, ogden point, ten mile, and of course race rocks. Elsewhere would have to be a couple reefs near Waikiki beach on Honolulu and moon island in Korea.

@@DameUntamed 7751 and 10 Mile are very tide dependant, Ogden is more wind dependant. The other two, are as well if the wind is from the wrong direction. Race is tide and wind dependant, on steroids, ppl have died there.

@@DameUntamed 100% I love my drysuit. I am from Glasgow, Scotland originally so learnt and taught in drysuit for a long time. They are amazing. Despite being in Bermuda now I still go my drysuit for winter months lol. You will love it. If look for undersuit I would personally recommend Fourth Element Arctics. 12 years later they still going strong.

Do it!! It's so fun! And if you find a good reliable dive buddy that has some smarts it can be extremely relaxing and peaceful. I'm pretty well marbled so I use a wetsuit all year round and ignore the cold. but if you can push minor discomforts from your mind and relax,it's like visiting a new world and then after make a fire on the beach and cook up some delicious snacks you found down below. Try it Jane! You may just love the shit out of it! Cheers

Can't wait to get my new drysuit! My lil body does NOT thrive in a semi-dry, lol. I'm sure it will be a totalllll game changer! Any brands that you can recommend?
@gettingsalty3 жыл бұрын
@@DameUntamed Absolutely! I think it all depends on how much you are willing to spend hahaha, since drysuits come in a wide range of styles and prices. If warmth is something you're after, I would suggest a neoprene suit. I am currently in the process of picking up a new suit from BARE, the Sentry Tech. Beautiful suit but $$$. BARE is an excellent company for neoprene suits and they are doing front entry's with the crushed neoprene now, exciting times! There are trilam options aswell and would highly recommend Waterproof or SANTI suits if you're looking that route. Mind you, be prepared to wear thick comfy undergarments since they are a shell suit and don't provide any insulation. Fourth Element put out some drysuits aswell that look quite nice and I mean, it's Fourth Element so it will be very nice quality. My main suggestion, try as many as you can before you buy! Find what works best for you and the type of diving you want to do, then go for it! I hope this helped, at least a little bit hahaha! Happy diving, and stay salty!
