We were surprised too! We're thinking it has to do with the colder water and currents. It's definitely a great place to see big animals.

Thank you! We were diving with Nautilus Liveaboards on the Belle Amie. We also went out to dive with Great White sharks with Nautilus and would certainly recommend them. The Belle Amie in particular is a very comfortable ship to dive from.
