Follow along with me with these 8 exercises in 8 minutes! Increase your muscular endurance with the use of a light bar or a pair of light dumbbells. This workout takes short breaks in between each exercise thus elevating your heart rate to also improve cardiovascular endurance. Perform 2-3 more rounds for extra toning benefits. I'm using a ten pound bar but use the appropriate weight for your fitness level.
