I remember how this car was when you started stripping it and thinking "Oh dear, you're brave wanting to tackle this", you're doing a really great job on it Marc. You're saving a car on a driveway that I'd have been wary of attempting in a workshop, hats off to you.

Diligent craftsmanship as always. An amazing transformation and salvage of what was otherwise edging toward scrap. Look forward to the next instalment.

Nice job mate one of my jobs comeing up but no spot welder 😬
@SimpsonsClassics3 жыл бұрын
Thanks buddy this is the first one I have done with a spot welder. It’s easy enough doing it with plug welding to just takes more time doing the prep 👍
@midgelambert38803 жыл бұрын
Hi Marc, I was wondering what you were cleaning the tips of your spot welder with. Enjoying your videos and thanks for doing them. Cheers, Midge
@SimpsonsClassics3 жыл бұрын
Hey Midge, I use just just a light sandpaper to keep them clean tbh it seems to have worked well over the years, thanks for watching buddy 👍

What device was that you were using to remove the weld from the scuttle at the windscreen frame, where the scuttle attaches to the wind screen frame, Cheers mate
