Nice enough enforcement there. What exactly do the metal/stronger alu-lockouts help to counter? Or is it simply give the chassi a tad higher rigidity?

Little more strength, more accurate bearing retention. But in this case, allowed the mounting of the brass weights

+Chris Wade I have not ran it yet, but on the bench it does certainly bring the center of gravity down lower to help offset that big body

It helps for not tipping over sideways and forwards and backwards when your driving. Because of the lowering of CG

This is an old video. But, I'm wondering about why you don't use locktite. Why?

Any parts that I didn’t loctite in the video were because I removed them for paint after (like the brass weights) Check out 2:10 it’s there :)
