SDPC Tech Tips: Gen V LT Fuel Pressure Sensor

Installing your Gen V LT and keep seeing questions on wether you have a 4-pin or 3-pin harness? This is in regard to the fuel rail pressure sensor on the back of your engine. GM made changes around 2016 from the 4-pin (analog) to a 3-pin sensor (digital). This is important as the controllers are different and the harness that goes to those sensors is pinned differently!

Probably i have a 3 wires stand-alone harness to fit to 2016 what must to do

So I did a lt4 high pressure pump on my cammed lt1 due to it bottoming out but some times I get fuel pressure regulator high voltage could this be my issue or it's a tuneing issue 2020 Camaro LT1 Camaro 6.2

Are the fuel injectors the same, from the 3 pin to the 4 pin?

Yes the injectors are the same.

Excellent and very ilustrated video. I´m in the way of swaping a 2019 L83 and didn´t notice about the FP sensor change between years. I´m clear about the sub-harness and sensor type, but what about the rest of the wiring? In my case I have a 2019 engine with whole harness and a 2014 ECM. The harness is configured to receive a 3 pin vs 4 pin expected from the ECM. Will this be an issue? or will it be better to find a 2019 ECM? Thanks in advance.
