I like yours better than most of Mike's simply because you don't try and get too fancy with effects and focus more on the creativity of the piece. I like Mike Tompkins (his work is awesome), but he didn't invent multi-track a cappella videos. He was preceded by FineyLeee, daniscool99, trudbol, VancePerry, ApprenticeA, and many more. In other words, no one "owns" the concept... you might have to evaluate the art on the basis of criteria beyond the originality of its format. :-)
