how do i set up the min o/a settings on the economizer?

Have you encountered an issue with an SE board that it will lose some of the configuration settings when the power fails? I have a unit that I can configure the VFD speeds for the cooling and heating stages but if the unit loses power they keep reverting to factory defaults. Yet other settings will remain and not lose their settings. I'm wondering the the flash/NVRAM is failing

I have tried backup and i get an error when it reach up to 100% saying backup failed, any other way to backup?
