Can you please make another install video but with better lighting? It's hard to get an idea how it looks. When installed, does this leave a gap between the acces panel and the rod holder due tonthe foam on the deck? Also when installed, does the rod holder create lip around the edges?

Good set up ,do you have gaps in plate where ski pole goes, don’t want to have to remove rod holder plate every time use ski pole.

No sorry I do not. If you search for a seadoo speaker installation video it will be similar to that. You have to remove the front center fairing, then the two front side fairings, and then the black plastic pieces at the front of the footwell until you get to bare fibreglass, then you will find the 3 mounting bolt holes on the fibreglass that match the bolt holes on the bottom of the rod holders

These are definitely the stronger option. The linq connections on the coolers are a weak point and have been known to break or come loose
