@@SeaEagleBoats No I am not going to subscribe to Sea Eagle Channel. I have already bought two boats from Sea Eagle ( PackFish and RazorLite 473 rl ) both great boats for remote fly in spots and extended camping. You folks keep coming up with innovative boat designs that have practical uses making it difficult for me not to "need" a another one. Keep up the good work.

Great video Dan. I found your video on folding it helpful, and I saved a copy on my phone to have with me at the water until I remembered how to fold it without watching. The tip that helped the most was to put body weight on the kayak to deflate it & to use a strap to tighten it. Prior to that it was difficult to fit bag in the bag, but with those tips it fits much easier.

This seems a quality product, as these instructional video is quality! Is it suitable for tropical climate as here in Singapore?

Our kayaks work great in all conditions, I personally use all my Sea Eagle kayaks and boats in hot southwest Florida. If you are using the kayak in Singapore I would recommend 303 Aersospace protectant, it will protect the boat from the sun and climate and keep the kayak looking new - www.seaeagle.com/Accessories/care-preservation/303-protectant

Another great video with step by step instructions. We are on year 9 with our RazorLites and we STILL get asked about our kayaks EVERY SINGLE TIME! One question: one of our valves is stuck in the "up" position (which is FAR better than being stuck in the down position), meaning we have difficulty getting all the air out of that side chamber. Is there a video on how to replace one of these valves?

Question: my 393 came folded four times when shipped to me and folding it at the front edges you indicated does not work, as the valves are in the way. Also folding it three times would not make it fit in the bag as it is not long enough. Folding it four times then?

Question; i'm unable to find anywhere where the 473rl can be converted to solo use. Can someone clarify this for me please. Google says yes but no where on the Sea Eagle Website am i able to get clarity. Thank you

There are a few ways the 473rl can be used solo but keep in mind it is primarily designed as a tandem kayak. 1) The rear seat can be moved all the way forward which may still give you access to the aft FlexBrace foot rest. 2) The center foot rest can be removed and the seat relocated to the center position. However, you will lose use of the FlexBrace foot rest. 3) You can remove all seats and FlexBrace foot rest and paddle from your knees like a canoe with a canoe paddle.
