The east west reef that goes out at 30ish degrees off brighton marina is pretty good for bass and mixed fishing as well.

Plymouth I believe has good squid fishing. The ground was semi rough ground. However I was catching them over the sand to after we’d drifted off the reef. If they are in they are in!

This is a Polycraft 300 Tuffy. With 20HP mariner engine! Absolutely love it and taken it shark fishing, skate fishing and all other fishing in the UK

I wear a drysuit mate 100% of the time when on my small boat. It’s the best way to stay safe, dry and comfortable. Really worth investing in one 😊 especially for small small boat or kayak

No backup engine a fair ways out not worth the risk

Most boats don’t have aux engines. We are the same as them. We have DSC radios, PLB’s, Lifejackets and drysuits. We are safer than 99% of other boats out there 😉
