As a Greek - Australian, you have shown my motherland in such beauty. Thank you so much for taking me along. It's amazing that your walking down the street and see a Roman bath from the the third century BCE. the changing of the gaurd was moving and visiting the original Olympic stadium was cool. The views from the acropolis are amazing but the dinner view from the top of the hotel was truly inspiring and a perfect way to start your cruise.

Wonderful video! I haven't been to Athens so thanks for showing me around. I hadn't realised it had a metro, that makes exploring so easy. The hotel looks fabulous, a great way to start your holiday. Very excited about seeing the next video onboard Ovation.

We got back last Saturday night (9-18) from the Apex and two days at the Grande Bretagne pre-cruise. The hotel was absolutely fantastic as you said it would be. The Apex was really amazing and we only had 501 passengers so it was like our own private yacht. The weather was perfect and the excursions were wonderful although I booked the 8 hour Mykonos tour which was a bit much for my wife since it was about 85 degrees. We also saw the Ovation all the time with the next group of passengers.

Greece is definitely a bucket list destination for me and to do it on a cruise would be a bonus. The public transit looks very clean and lots of culture to explore. The changing of the guards ceremony is fascinating. Such dedication and patience.
