Thank you LORD JESUS.....you know that I needed this video to remind me to remain humble, broken......and to stay submitted to my HEAVENLY FATHER no matter what I face. A Daily self check is necessary for me.........throughout the day as well. Otherwise, evil pride can and will slip in and defile you. I know, I have experienced it......the HOLY SPIRIT, immediately convicts me.......I then immediately Confess my sin....Repent and ask my ABBA FATHER for Forgiveness. LORD, KEEP ME HUMBLE👑🙏🏾👑

Meditate on His Word. Write out Pride Scriptures. Make a routine out of doing that. And “no” - God would never take His Spirit from you. The Holy Ghost is silent because of disobedience. But never does He leave. It is time for you to draw near to God. Set an appointment with God and always show up for your prayer meetings ❤

there is so much i question about people. Like how can a person claim to be a follower and yet condone sins God detests (pride being the topic here)? Being proud is one thing but knocking down others and thinking one is better than others (due to their accomplishments) is another. People who have this makes it even harder on those who actually want to believe and follow God.

Of course you can, you just need to recognize if your mindset begins to abandon the Bible. You can be $100,000,000 dollars a rich man, and still serve God. That’s just 100,000,000 million reasons to stay humble and work with God.

"I am healthy. I accomplished a lot of things." Can we be proud AND humble at the same time? That's like trying to physically be in California and Florida at the same time. God opposes the proud BUT He gives grace to the humble (Proverbs 3:34, James 4:6, 1 Peter 5:5). Where does our good health come from? Where --- or should I say from Whom --- do our good accomplishments come from? James 1:17: if we humbly and carefully consider, and trace our roots, they come from God. ALL good things come from above. Therefore GOD GETS ALL THE GLORY. Our enemy the devil was the original, self-centered, "me, myself and I," created being (Isaiah 14:12-15). He's infected us with his disease. He's the king of the sons of PRIDE!! (Job 41:34) But, as born again belevers, Jesus has given us the power to humble ourselves under God's mighty right hand and leave our exalting to Him (1 Peter 5:6). Hope this helped. God bless you.

No. You did NOTHING that wasn't provided by GOD. Your health is a gift from GOD. Your accomplishments were all manifested with everything that GOD created for you to use. Humble is knowing we are nothing, we know nothing, we accomish nothing, we have nothing without GOD'S love, generosity, and mercy.

There’s a huge difference in thankful and humble being proud of our family and happy about blessings… then the proud who are full of themselves. Their kids are the best. Their home is the biggest. Their mouth or posts always show off in puffed up pride.

@darkknightfanboy3185 Taking pride in your work and your children's accomplishments is all well and good. Even then it is best to thank God for answering your prayers and helping you achieve success. The pride that I believe the Bible condemns is taking credit for something that God gives you. 2 Corinthians 11:30 If then you received it, why do you boast as if you did not receive it? We are ALL tempted at times to become prideful, the enemy of our soul understands the destruction it brings.

you can seek what is best without pride. pride seems to turn us selfish. we center all of our attention on ourselves. step on others to climb. call others stupid while we believe we are always right. the issues is...when pride permeates our being, we cant even notice how ugly it truly makes us. we refuse to see it. because it slowly makes us think we are better than others. peace is not a lie....it has just been in the back seat. do you have any brothers and sisters? practice peace within you own family bro. it is easy to fight....but trying to bring peace...that is beyond difficult. but it is possible.

I have been contemplating that the point at which pride becomes sin is the moment it is about comparison. We can be happily content that we are reading more books this year or getting stronger from lifting more weights, or that we live in America. But if we progress to say that that issue means we are better than others, then pride is at the door.

Well, it’s more of a gratefulness that we need to show. Pride is when you put others down for your own selfish gain that doesn’t help others or even yourself. So be grateful, not prideful
