Put a piece of masking tape over magnet then peel off when gets dirty keeps it clean

I bought one of these, it lasts about an hour then just switches off?? Doesn't go gradually dim, just turns off??

You should definitely go back to Sealey. They should back the product up under warranty as definitely sounds like yours has a fault. Ours is still going strong!! Send it back, get a replacement, and you should be fine. @@TotalTechnik They sent me a new battery yesterday, after charging it lasted 45 minutes and switched off again! I'll see what they say now.
