I might have the USA equivalent to that. It may be you just need to go into settings and change the speed. I am pretty sure it is at its lowest. If I see the front and it is the same I have my manual that I can send you a copy via email to help. Mine cuts the thread both by programming and pushing with the heal of your foot on the pedal. I can turn on and off with the digital setup. You can also program to automatically back stitch and cut the thread. As well as program the needle and the foot to either stay up or down. Once I see the front I will know if the instructions I have will work for you. Have fun. Love my machine. I know you are going to love it too.

Always cool when you get a new machine. Does it have a foot peddle needle lift? I had that added to my machine where you press on the front edge of the pedal and your needle raises..cool concept
