@@rajahkhonai Craig is good at managing these players. He has the the contacts to get the youths to Genk to get elite level coaching. LB just like this kid was developed in Genk.. Whisper went to a higher level when he was at Brook House. Let's stick to the facts if Craig was an elite coach y did these players had to go somewhere else to develop in order to go to clubs like chelsea?

​@@omarfowlin2156the difference between Craig and other coaches is that along with his vast amount of football experience theoretically and practically he's passionate about the future of football in 🇯🇲more than any of the others. Ordinary 🇯🇲⚽ clubs are not recognised by these big names English PL clubs; football clubs across other parts of Europe are more recognised.Therefore Craig has to pass the talented players on to those clubs as early as possible for their opportunity to catch the eyes 👀 of Chelsea etc....its hard to instill professionalism and discipline etc in 🇯🇲 based football clubs....As much as Butler is a good coach he's also an Agent and a 🇯🇲⚽ visionary

Rene Simoes told us long time ago that up to age 16 the Jamaican is on par with the Brazilians but then we fall off after that because of a lack of DEVELOPMENT. Getting the youths exposed and out of Jamaica at young age is the Now and the future. Teams are searching for Black Youths with that rising spiritual Energy and who can be taught. We see 15 and 16 year olds getting run out in top leagues in Europe while our youths are playing schoolboy football at age 19 We have to get serious and respect the ones who are doing it. Nothing is wrong with sitting and learning from each other Why not build together? In the end if its all about the youths, then we should put aside egos and work together...Oracle

It always surprises me when young talents bury their careers joining Chelsea. Chelsea doesnt promote from their youth academy they just spend. Youth players get dumped into this loan system that can really negatively affect them. They dont get to settle and are always uncertain of their future. Whisper to Chelsea shouldve shown Craig them that is not the route. He will never see the light of day unless he transfers elsewhere.

Very few big teams promote from the academy but in terms of player development very few team produce more top players than chelsea. Michael Olise, Fikayo Tamori, Tammy Abraham, Marc Guehi, Nathan Aké, Reece James, Connor Gallagher, Jamal Musiala, Timo Livramemto, Levi Collwil.

@@mrnumba154 big teams have increasingly been turning to their academy. Everyone realises now the kids are another level. Players are 16/17 years old and are more than ready. Liverpool, Arsenal, City, Spurs and even UTD have multiple representatives from their youth teams in their first team. Chelsea doesnt take a chance on them. Theyll send the kids on loan and like Reece James or Colwill if they impress where other big teams are interested then Chelsea hog them and act as if they always had them in their plans.
