It's also flat-out hilarious, in a wholesome and genuine manner, how brilliant McVay really is. Robert is a smart guy, but the sheer amount of knowledge and processing McVay does compared to him is not unnoticeable.

What a great interview. Thoughful, insightful and honest. It’s rare to get such strong statements from a person being as exposed as Sean McVay. Also, it is so easy to see how great of a rapport Sean and Robert have. Keep it up with high quality content like that 👏👍

What a great interview. I'm so glad McVey is our coach. I've been rams fan since 1969. And hes the best coach by far we've ever had. And our owner is the best owner we've ever had by far. All I can say is thank you and thank God. We went through a lot of years of misery in the 80s and 90s.

Georgia was absolutely the worst owner ever. Did you know she was the only owner in the NFL who used the team's money to live off of? It was only by pure luck and the grace of God that Kurt Warner came along to catapult the Rams to a championship.

For you guys to come and win that made my day, year and life. I release a RAMS SB balloons to him I hope he got it. Thank you again🙏🏽

Sean has a dedication to wisdom and perspective and it's why he continues to have success. At a young age, he grasped the truth that you LEARN from your mistakes, that those are the opportunities to see the blessing that trials give you. You don't learn anything from the good times, you appreciate them but it's the trails that refine your character.

Love these coach interviews man. Robert Mays is the best in the business. Hopefully you can get Kevin O’Connell on for an interview if you happen to visit Vikings training camp. He is very close friends with mcvay so hopefully you can get him on too. I might be bias but as a vikings fan but I think he is the most underrated coach in the NFL.

McVay is one of the most intelligent and perceptive coaches to ever hold the job, and he's got what, like 30+ years ahead of him if he chooses to keep doing this? Dude gets it so deeply, understands what matters and uses that knowledge to keep growing and making those around him better. SO much respect for this guy, even if he did do Jared a little dirty in his quest for that title (I'm a Lions fan, but also a Stafford fan who was super happy to see him win a title with this guy. Even more happy that Goff is reaching his potential with us, along with the extra picks - but wow that trade will go down as one of the best win-wins ever).

Here he takes responsibility for the loss to the patriots when at the time he focused on blaming Goff. It’s nice to hear him take ownership of this moment of growth. He seems to me to be just like Donald in that he goes all out everyday and there will come a time when he walks away at what many will feel as too early. Respect to him for this honesty-
