Sean's Hikes - Crooked Falls

A guide to hiking Crooked Falls in the Squamish Valley north of Vancouver BC. I went on May 7, 2018, and with the spring runoff in full flow it was a terrific time to see the falls.

soo update. did this trail following your video and it was perfect. the hike itself has some almost vertical climbs going up. brings lots of water and good footwear. took up about 1.45 hours up and 40min down. thanks for bringing us up and down safely due to your video!

How likely are you to encounter bears? read an article that there are bears around? Thank you!

Bears are always possible on BC trails, although I see then only once every several years or so. As long as you don't provoke them you'll be safe if you're with two or more people, otherwise you can carry bear spray just in case. You're not likely to need it even when alone if you treat the bear with plenty of respect, but it's cheap peace of mind IMHO.
