Great way to enjoy chard. Chopped and roasted in the oven with olive oil and herbs THEN you pop in a tomato based soup. Brilliant!

A very enjoyable tour, Sean!! My Lincoln rose bush has given me a beautiful, pristine red rose with a fragrance slightly floral with overtures of citrus. So wonderful!! I sent waves of love and thanks to my bush--and to what constitutes my garden these days. We're now in 50-60 F days and nights (10-15 C). Watered today as we're allowed only one day to water in the winter. Looks very much like your Rusty except in grow bags. I'm looking to move in two years so I've decided my best strategy is to contain and abbreviate any gardening here so that, upon pulling up stakes, everything can be neatly and rapidly packed. I think everyone is getting more serious about their future and where they need to be. Hope you made it home safe and dry!

If you do juicing, that chard is a great addition to juice. I am not a fan of the whole leaf either but it is outstanding when mixed with other judicable items.

Always get good vibes from the Rusty plot don't know why but so disappointed not to see the little old man himself, hopefully next time. Must be nice just to pop next door and check on things. The sun looked lovely in spite of the dark clouds, have a nice evening.
