Wesker is faster than Homelander, and is actually significantly stronger as well. Even just using VS Battles wiki, the gaps between the two are very clear. Wesker vastly upscales Lickers and monsters like Verdugo, who can tank attacks worth 0.037 tons of TNT without issue, while Homelander was knocked unconscious by getting hit by a bus which was thrown at him (comics). (I heavily contest the City Block level stuff on VSBW) And in the show, the strongest thing he could scale would be upscaling from Naqib's explosion, which was worth 0.010 tons of TNT. Which gives Wesker a 3.7x AP advantage at the very least. Speed wise, Wesker is scaled to Mach 5 and Homelander is currently ranked at Mach 4.5, which makes the two pretty much even. (Both are likely much faster, as they both preformed their feats casually.) Ability wise, Wesker has him beat, with regeneration and heat resistance that pretty much make Homelander's heat beams rather ineffective. And if Uroboros is brought into things, Homelander's in even more trouble, as that means Wesker can infect him with the virus or simply absorb him. Both may have god complexes, but Wesker has somewhat more experience with monsters that could be scaled higher than Homelander, like Verdugo as I used in an example earlier, and kept his cool. Yes, he also died as a result of his arrogance, but it's unlikely Homelander could push Wesker as far as Chris did. And Wesker could likely figure out someway to get around Homelander's flight, as his heat resistance and regeneration would likely allow him to get the Homelander's Eye Beams without too much difficulty, and Homelander's quick temper means Wesker's trash talk is gonna get to him quickly. Overall, this isn't quite as much of a stomp as many of Homelander's other matches, but this is by no means a win for him. With strength going to Wesker, we can go by a statement made by CAPCOM, either that “he can beat 5 of Nemesis” or “is 5x stronger than Nemesis,” assuming physically. Let’s use a military helicopter as a prime example of our little toy that Homelander and Wesker would lift up or one punch (saying that because Nemesis easily one punched a helicopter with no effort). A military helicopter weighs around 10,000-20,000kg, depending on what type of helicopter and what’s on it. 5 x 10,000-20,000kg takes us to 50,000-100,000kg, meaning Wesker can physically handle 50,000 to 100,000kg. Wesker has also mastered kung fu or some type of martial arts, making him the Batman of RE5, except evil of course. Also, this person who published the video never implied whether or not it was comics or live action Homelander, which was why I mentioned comics feats of The Boys. Putting these two up in a fight, logically there is a high advantage Wesker would be able to manipulate Homelander, possibly far better than Madeline Stillwell and Stan Edgar could. And with Wesker (if he wasn’t playing with his fucking food 24/7), he’s just good at everything he does. I also want to mention that Wesker was weakened by injections throughout RE5, meaning his full potential wasn’t really shown in the prototype form at best.

To speed homelander in season 1, his most casual version, outsped a c4 explosion after it already detonated, the blast itself is mach 12, to save butcher and leave him essentially scratch less he'd have to have been going twice that so mach 24, if we believe he saved teddy Stillwell thats make him mach 48 or 56 since teddy was in his crib upstairs and it was a big ass mansion. Additionally once again in diabolical homelander casually disarmed 4 gun men, while they were shooting at him, he was moving so fast the bullets were even in slow motion and that was an inexperienced young homelander.

@@Iianator with your strength explanation, you’re stating a feat involving throwing something weaker than a 20,000kg helicopter compared to the calculation and example I made, and looking from cameraman perspective, Wesker looked like he was teleporting, meanwhile Homelander wasn’t. You could see Homelander blazing towards you, but Wesker you wouldn’t be able to see coming at times, and Homelander took a while to get himself out of the bus incident, meanwhile you have people like Maeve whose body can cut through trucks with no problem, just by standing. So Homelander was either stunned for a while, or had a hard time getting out. The sink hole still held Homelander either way, and with someone like Wesker, do keep in mind he was weakened throughout the story mode of RE5 and in the comics, can one-tap monsters that are as superhuman as someone like Homelander (in terms of strength of course.)

People meat ride homlander so hard, he is literally ONLY strong in his own show, the first REAL fight he had to get into, he got his ass KICKED and if hes going up against a character that can teleport, whos more experienced, intelligent, and who is probably more durable due to his healing, it took wesker falling into a volcano and having 2 rpgs shot at him for him to be put down, homlander got put down by 2 other people who were using TEMPORARY superpowers, aka, people with 0 experience on how to use their powers to the fullest, homlander isn't being many characters outside of his own universe

Bro wut Wesker negs lol. He's so fast that even against superhumans it appeared as if he was teleporting, he's clearly faster than heroes like A train. And this speed combined with his insane combat skill and Regenration. Homelander is physically stronger than him and can shoot laser beams but Homelander is getting absolutely dirt stomped due to the infinite gap in combat skill. Homelander was struggling really hard against someone who was waaay more physically weaker and slower than him but was much more skilled in combat than him, and that person was clearly less skilled than Wesker.
