*Brand New* Dublin Bus - Enviro400ER Cummins Hybrid PA16 (211-D-24089) - Service 140 to IKEA

Hey guys! Here's PA16. It's an ok bus, but I prefer PA20. In this video I filmed the downstairs and the upstairs of the bus. The PA's are strictly allocated to 140 although they do occasionally slip onto the 4, 66, 122 and 123. This bus entered service a few days ago with other PA's. More of these are said to be entering service. The fan upstairs is so loud, and boy the NSA's are so loud on these buses! This was Service 140 to IKEA
