Since last February(10 months ago) I've lost 55 pounds. A lot of that weight loss can be attributed to you videos. Between busting my ass with power yoga or keeping me loose so I can keep adding kilometres (sorry I'm Canadian) to my runs your videos have a huge hand in my new found physical wellness. I have to say these videos have served to inspire me into finally taking the plunge into yoga. I've always been curious about yoga, but have been apprehensive about all the spiritual mumbo yumbo.... But, Mr. Vigue hits right at what I'm looking for. The stretches have changed my life and I feel a lot better on a day to day basis and I'm only up to the intermediate stage. I love this and actually look forward to doing it every day. Thank you very much for your contributions into the betterment of men via cyberspace. I will continue to follow on you teachings related to stretch yoga and improve on them by incorporating more and more poses. Thanks

I’ve never commented on KZbin ever before, I’ve also never done yoga before; so I had to drop some appreciation on the beginner-intermediate-advanced yoga series from Sean. I am a dance teacher by profession, this definitely challenged me on advanced and pushed me to a new level, but I’ll be humbled and go to beginner or intermediate for now. Show your appreciation to this man because this is a start of my lifetime of health, wellness development , and now yoga!

Thanks for putting these videos up, they're amazing. I started about 6 weeks ago on the beginner's workout, and have now progressed on to this one. It's hard, but I love it! These workouts have made such a positive difference in my life: * I'm calmer * I'm sleeping better * I feel more flexible, and have a spring in my step * I spend less time worrying about the ongoing apocalypse * It's made a huge difference to my running. Previously, if I ran anything more than 9 miles or so, I would be in real severe pain from head to toe, and suffering from absolute exhaustion for a day, maybe two. Now I can run that distance and it's like a walk in the park. Amazing!! Literally it's like night and day * Anyone that references the Peanuts Christmas Special gets an immediate place in my cool book. Great special, great jazz soundtrack. Cheers!

I’ve punked out on camel for years, significantly modifying the pose because of an arm injury & general discomfort. But your approach to it in this video opened it up for me. A new yoga mat helped, I’m sure, but those little things really make a difference. Thanks, man!

Military uses yoga sometimes for balanced fitness and as physical therapy. Its good to have a video series that isnt too spammy, isnt up its own arse in philosophy or naturism, and has just the right amount of challenge. Good stuff.

A couple of years ago this was my first Sean vigue yoga video and I think it might be my favourite. It’s quick but I still get a sweat going and a good stretch and my belly isn’t in the way when I do the twisting chair pose anymore👍. Thanks Sean your vids are the best. My wife is even doing them now too!

Hey Coach! This was tricky at first but once I got into the proper motions (well somewhat!) Still getting used to transitioning and proper breathing but I swear, a large degree tightness and pain leaves the body right after. You’re the best! Love from the Philippines!

Wow! I have been doing beginner for about a month or so. I final broke down and switched to intermediate and it kicked my ass. I couldnt do all of them super well but I went through it. I will definitely be working on this more in the coming weeks.

This is just that I needed. I needed something to complement my Kettlebell workouts, and as I have done some of your Pilates workouts in the past, came across your Beginner Yoga for Men video. I loved it, but felt I could do a bit more. I was never a fan of Yoga, always thought of it as a Girlie workout. You have changed that my friend. I plan on doing more yoga. I think it's great. I'll still do my Kettlebells, but this will def help me stretch out as you have said. Thanks, and keep them coming.

This video may be a few years old but I'm lovig it. Really appreciate you making it easier for guys to get comfortable (the snow helps those of us up above the 55th parallel too haha) Been over 10 years since I've really been active but over the last year I've been back on the snowboard and mountain bikes. Been working out for 1-1.5 hours every day after work for a week now, starting and finishing with this routine. Lost 10 lbs, gained flexibility and feeling much clearer in the ole brainbox. Looking forward to more advanced stuff.

I’ve been doing this routine for a couple weeks now before all of my workouts and I love what it is doing for my body. I feel like should move to the advanced video but at the same time I feel like this amount of stretching is perfect and idk if I really need to advance? Anyways this routine is awesome!

I have been doing this workout from more than 2 years and its my one of my favourites of your channel. I do it in the morning when I wake up and it makes me feel very good and strong.
