I'm a pretty flexible person I think, but my hamstrings are very tight. my job consist of me standing most of the time which it starts to effect my lower back, is that because my hamstring are to tight? should I do more lower back and hamstring stretches. @SeanVigueFitness

4 days doing this video so far. I figure I'm gonna give myself a week or two doing this one before moving on to one of the longer beginner videos. The overall goal is weight loss (down 25 lbs so far) and I know you have videos for that, but I figured I'd work on giving myself a base of flexibility first. Thanks for the great channel.

Thanks man. I'm mrdotts on Instagram trying different things out. And wanted to try Yoga out. So I searched and I seen your video. I use to be 577+ lbs. I was 312 lbs as of Dec 21st. I weigh in on the 18th of Jan 2016. I've lost 265 lbs on my own. No surgery. I'm use to make YT videos. Now I just post on IG. Thanks for my first Yoga Lesson. 👍🏼👊🏼

Laughed out loud a few times during this one...especially when you commented on the inappropriate short shorts! Since being stuck inside a little more the past few days I've been working out more and finding everything extra tight. I've really enjoyed these beginner stretches and definitely agree that they are good for everyone regardless of fitness level. Thanks Sean!

Hello! my name is Danny, and I am 62 years old and a Diabetic and a double amputee! I have always worked out and I have always wanted to do yoga, but, up until now, it was difficult, and expensive. I found your routine and I have been doing this 3 times a week, for about 3 weeks.and I love it!! it's hard, but I am getting better! For the first time this morning he actually was able to sit crosslegged after your workout. Finally a “beginner” yoga video that I could actually do. The problem with so many of the beginning videos, is that they're done by people with so many years of experience they have no clue what beginning really feels like for most people. I especially liked that he addressed intermediate stages the flexibility and emphasized that it was a process to be achieved gradually overtime. Thank you.

I have tried other yoga videos, none are as good as this. Sean is a brilliant teacher. I might not of progressed past the beginners one but it makes all the difference in the world to my flexibility. As a guy this is one thing I needed to work on. Amazing Sean, a life changer.

I've begun to meditate over the past year or so. It took me out of my depression and panic disorder. Now i've decided yoga needs to be a daily part of my life. Thanks for making these. +connor martin Hi Connor, very pleased that my videos are helping you. The deep breathing and focus of yoga and stretching is essential for mental and overall well being. I've taught a lot of yoga to kids (ages 5-13) and the biggest things we work on is using the breath to relax. Stressed out kids grow up to be stressed out adults. Thank you for posting! Sean

I have a bum knee, am overweight/out of shape, bad back, bad neck.... the list goes on haha. I also work 8 hours a day sitting at a computer! But with this particular routine twice a day (extending stretches as I go!) I’ve felt such an immediate difference. And any time I skip a day or two my body sure lets me hear about it lmfao. Thanks for making an easy to understand and easy to start routine that someone like me (who has trouble following through) can really dig their heels into. I’ll definitely be checking out the rest of your channel once I feel like my body has mastered this routine haha

You know what? I thank you so much for this. I was in pain and i just went on youtube just searching for inspiration. I am subscribed to you so I just clicked on and just started. And I tell you my pain was not just physical but spiritual and as you begin talking and starting this warm up I got down on my floor and started...my pain subsided I felt like I was outside to. But most importantly my spirit started smiling......so I thank you for all that you do. I am very humbled right now.

I just did the beginners yoga video for the first time. Loved it. So fun! I have done yoga, but always quit because I would get intimated and frustrated by the serious vibe of most classes. Keep it up.

My wife and I are trying to get into shape, She has been wanting to get into yoga so I decided I would join her. She has had back problems for a long time and was told to try yoga. I really enjoyed this video and gonna start getting more into it.

Derek Cormier Just did the 15 minutes and really enjoyed it, my dog tried to give me kisses when I was on my back, got a long way to go for my flexibility as I am not very flexible yet. I plan to do this twice a day.

I'm really picky about videos...especially exercise videos. This was the first yoga video I've tried without getting annoyed or frustrated to the point of giving up. I love your relaxed style, no bouncy/cheesy/new age music, just natural, funny, casual commentary. Good pacing of the poses too. So...thank you. I'll be subscribing and watching this one for awhile.

I have the flexibility of a steel I-beam. I've tried about 30 "beginner's" yoga routines. This is the first one that didn't make me feel totally inept at completing what those yogis apparently saw as beginner positions. I will be doing this everyday. Thanks!

Thanks Sean!! I've been working with you for about a week and I can already see a difference in my posture and the way I feel. i'm a former athlete and I have to have knee replacement. Since working with you, I still have pain due to major arthritis in the knee, and no meniscus but... pain has lessened and I am walking better.
